It feels like a Friday.
But it's not, and that is good news.
If it was actually Saturday, this would not be good news.
Well...day #1 of 5 days off consisted of watching The Mist while the kids were at school and while Erin was at the dentist.
I actually somewhat enjoyed the movie. How strange is that?
Anyways, I also watched the penalty kicks from yesterday's Champion's League game again.
It still makes me giddy.
I'm now trying to figure out what to do with the next 4 days.
Any suggestions?

I was so proud of myself for letting Blaine rent the mist. It was a good movie but I totally called the ending though. Is Erin going to watch it?
Yeah...a little predictable. And no, Erin didn't (wouldn't) watch it.
I will admit this about this Mist: it had me jumpy and it was a thriller. But really it was a horrible movie. Acting, writing, the cheap use of the same old thriller stunts to get a cheap rise out of your audience, the failure to actually make it a movie that capitalizes on the mystery of the mist and turns into a monster movie way too fast, the whole apocalypticism of it (haven't we had enough of this?), the very predictable ending, and did I mention the acting?) . . . but yeah, it was oddly entertaining in a cheap-thrill kind of way.
That's the PERFECT description. The whole time I was watching it I kept thinking to myself, "I should be hating this".
