Prior to a couple months ago recruiting team members meant praying, crying, lamenting, and guilting.
One of these has finally paid off though and we now have 6 people willing to help out with me come this fall instead of 2.
Bleed youth ministry all over anyone who gets close enough... then watch to see who doesn't wipe it off.
